Recycling Information

This is a short exerpt from the City of Chicago's press conference about switching to a bin system. Commissioner Sadhu Johnson speaks of a "block captain" system to encourage participation. Perhaps environmental groups can use this structure to organize for many grassroots environmental issues, such as composting support, sharing of excess home repair materials, and native and organic yard encouragement.
